Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?

You are always welcome to visit and browse. The more time you spend browsing and familiarizing yourself with the available selections, the more prepared you will be for your final appointment. Please contact Nancy, our showroom coordinator, to discuss the best time to visit. All deco selection and deco review appointments are conducted by appointment only; the showroom is not open to others during these design consultations.

What is a deco meeting?

A deco meeting is your chance to work side by side with our experienced and accredited designers to personalize your brand new home. It is available exclusively to our homebuyers. Our experienced design team will walk you through a step by step selection process. In the end, you will have selected all interior and exterior finishes, creating a home that is uniquely yours yet distinctively Buchan.

What is the difference between a deco selection meeting and a deco review meeting?

If your home is in either Phase I or II of construction at the time of your appointment you will be provided a deco selection meeting which typically lasts two to three hours. A deco review meeting is offered to those homebuyers purchasing a home in Phases III or IV of construction and typically lasts one to one and one half hours.

What options are available?

Almost everything you can imagine. Stones, marbles, granites, tiles, carpets, hardwoods, vinyls, cabinets, knobs & pulls, faucets, sinks, home theater options, window coverings, outlets, appliances, closet systems, paints, millwork and more.

Can I make selections from the JFB Options & Upgrade Catalog during my appointment?

Yes, of course. This is an excellent opportunity to do so. We will thoroughly review the catalog during your deco meeting. But you need not wait until your scheduled deco appointment to include additional items in your home. Personal selections available in the catalog may be made at any time by contacting Buchan Interiors, your designated Construction Representative or the Community Sales Manager.

Can I finance my selections?

Yes. Credit cards and cash are also accepted.
